Witnesses to the accident that occurred on Monday on National Road No. 1, in its section including Malundu-Tshikapa, reported that voter registration materials were found in the jeep of national deputy Théo Kazadi, elected from Tshikapa.
Materials found include voter identification cards, blank cards and laminators.
“These materials are from the CENI. They were carried away a few minutes after the accident by villagers”, reported witnesses, suggesting that the 4 people who died as a result of this accident would all be either family members or close to national deputies Théo Kazadi and Anne Marie Bilambagu .
Contacted this Tuesday by INFOS.CD, Jean Luc Bakampenda, close to the deputy Théo Kazadi, rejected the accusations against the elected representative of Tshikapa without force details.
He promised to return to INFOS.CD for further details regarding these charges.
Deputy Théo Kazadi is himself expected this afternoon in Tshikapa. He will not fail, we learned, to react to the accusations against him.
