Speaking for the occasion, Christian BALABALA recalls the objectives of OILICE, namely: Promoting credible elections, citizen participation and the strengthening of political institutions for a sustainable democracy in Africa by providing knowledge to national and local actors who work for democratic reforms and facilitate dialogue in support of democratic change. This organization is created to demonstrate the importance of institutionalizing electoral risk management. And to add that the oilice can serve as a tool for the transparent and credible promotion of ELECTIONS: The tool which militates to fight against anti-values ​​in any electoral process to strengthen the capacities of those who have the mandate to guarantee peaceful elections. , honest and credible in their entirety or who have an interest in doing so with a view to promoting the rule of law and sustainable democracy. Finally, he wanted to sincerely thank the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the founder of OILICE Mr. Chamberlain MBONGOPASI PIBA currently in the USA as well as Dr. YAMFU MUKAU, representative of OILICE in the DRC for their determination to materialize the vision of this organization.
